A $100 deposit with a major card card is required to book a private party time slot. This deposit can made made over the telephone. Refunds will only be made for cancellations seven full days prior to the booked date and will attract a 25% service / admin fee. If no clean up fee or any additional fees are assessed, the full security deposit will be returned after all equipment is returned and at the end of the party.

The Office Shoot Fest and Holiday Parties are each 2 1/2 hours in length.

The Team Building Workshop is a structured event taught by Chris and is 4 hours in length. There will be an additional $250 charge for the Workshop. If you are looking for more productivity and team work in your company, this Workshop is for you.

DURING THE MONTHS WHERE THE OUTDOOR FIELD IS OPEN, ALL PARTIES WILL BE HELD AT THE OUTDOOR FIELD UNLESS THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS ARISE: NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ADVISORIES / WARNINGS OF HIGH WINDS AND OR THUNDERSTORMS. IN THE EVENT THESE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXIST ON YOUR PRIVATE PARTY DATE YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTIONS OF: PLAYING ON OUR INDOOR FIELD OR RESCHEDULING YOUR EVENT. BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF STILL HAVING A PARTY, THERE IS A $50 RESCHEDULING FEE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT PLAY AND NOT RESCHEDULE, YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

PERFORMANCE PAINTBALL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CLEANING FEE NOT TO EXCEED $100 FOR PAINTBALLS BEING SHOT EXCESSIVELY OVER THE SAFETY NETS CAUSING DAMAGES TO SURROUNDING BUILDINGS, AUTOMOBILES, ROADWAYS, PARKING LOTS AND VEGETATION.

Customers renting Performance Paintball Equipment are responsible to Performance Paintball, Inc. for any loss or damage to the Equipment and for its return in the same condition in which received, except for ordinary wear. Such responsibility shall amount to the replacement or repair cost of the Equipment at the time it is lost or damaged.

In the event that the Customer is responsible for damage to the Rental Equipment, such Equipment may be repaired either by Performance Paintball, Inc. or a repairer of Performance Paintball, Inc.'s choosing. The cost of labor for such repairs shall be the then prevailing hourly rate for labor at the repair facility where repairs are effectuated. The Customer will be charged for parts at the prevailing list price established by the manufacturer or supplier involved or as charged to Performance Paintball, Inc. by the supplier or repair facility.
