FLEXIBLE PRICING MEANS NO MINIMUM NUMBER OF
PLAYERS NEEDED FOR YOUR PRIVATE PARTY. A $100 deposit with a major card card is required to book a private party time slot. This deposit can made made over the telephone . Refunds will only be made for cancellations seven full days prior to the booked date and will attract a 25% service / admin fee. If no additional fees are assessed, the full security deposit will be returned after all equipment is returned in the condition it was received and at the end of the party.
Each party is for 2 1/2 hours of play. Players must be aged 10 AND UP. DISCLAIMER: OUR INDOOR FIELD IS VERY SMALL. WE EXPECT ALL OF OUR PARTIES TO TAKE PLACE AT OUR OUTDOOR FIELD. THE INDOOR FIELD IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU SHOULD YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PLAY OUTDOORS FOR WHATEVER REASON. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOUR GROUP CHOOSES NOT TO PLAY. OUR INDOOR FACILITY IS OPEN FOR YOUR INSPECTION PRIOR TO ANY PARTY BOOKINGS AND PARTY DATE. IF AN INSPECTION IS NEEDED, CALL FIRST AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. WE DO NOT CONSIDER OUR INDOOR PLAYING FIELD TO BE A TRADITIONAL PAINTBALL FIELD WHERE TRADITIONAL GAMES ARE PLAYED. OUR INDOOR IS A CAGE. IN OUR CAGE, PLAYERS PLAY TIMED MATCHES AND SCORE POINTS BASED ON FLAG PULLS. WE PROMOTE THE CAGE MATCH FORMAT OF PLAY AND NOT THE SIZE OF THE FIELD ITSELF. WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. SHOULD YOU CHOSE NOT TO PLAY, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. PERFORMANCE PAINTBALL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CLEANING FEE NOT TO EXCEED $100 FOR PAINTBALLS BEING SHOT OR THROWN OUTSIDE OF THE PLAYING FIELD CAUSING DAMAGES TO SURROUNDING BUILDINGS, AUTOMOBILES, ROADWAYS, PARKING LOTS AND VEGETATION. Customers renting Performance Paintball Equipment are responsible to Performance Paintball, Inc. for any loss or damage to the Equipment and for its return in the same condition in which received, except for ordinary wear. Such responsibility shall amount to the replacement or repair cost of the Equipment at the time it is lost or damaged. In
the event that the Customer is responsible for damage to the Rental
Equipment, such Equipment may be repaired either by Performance
Paintball, Inc. or a repairer of Performance Paintball, Inc.'s choosing.
The cost of labor for such repairs shall be the then prevailing hourly
rate for labor at the repair facility where repairs are effectuated. The
Customer will be charged for parts at the prevailing list price
established by the manufacturer or supplier involved or as charged to
Performance Paintball, Inc. by the supplier or repair facility. ALL GROUPS SUPERVISED BY SAFETY TRAINED REFEREES! ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND A SAFETY BRIEFING BEFORE THE PARTY.
